Villa Villa Coola

Experiences

A day, roughly.

Not an itinerary — more a set of small habits the house tends to fall into.

Morning

Chapter 01

Morning

Coffee before anyone finds their phone. A slow walk to the sand while it's still cool, and someone in the kitchen turning out pancakes for whoever wanders in.

Afternoon

Chapter 02

Afternoon

A long lunch on the terrace. A book by the pool. A walk into the village for bread and something for the barbecue, and back the long way through the trees.

Evening

Chapter 03

Evening

The rooftop for the last of the light. A soak in the hot tub when the children have finally settled. A conversation on the deck that no one is in a hurry to end.

"Lunch has a habit of becoming dinner."

Chapter 04

End the day.

"The fire pit is where the day slows down for good."

When the light goes out of the sky the house doesn't stop — it just changes gear. Someone finds the matches. Someone else brings a jumper. Chairs pull in a little closer than they were at lunch. Firewood is supplied — you'll only need to bring the marshmallows.

The pool turns a quiet blue. The deck holds the warmth of the day. Conversations move outside and stay there, in no particular hurry to end. Children in pyjamas, adults refilling glasses, a dog under someone's feet. The good kind of evening.

Explore like a local

Two wheels, no plan.

There are bicycles in the garage — quietly waiting, one for each of you. Most mornings, someone takes one down to the village for coffee before anyone's really awake.

By the afternoon they've fanned out. A bakery run to Peregian Village. A slow ride down to Outer Square for coffee. Along the coast road to the next stretch of sand. Seven bikes, bells and baskets — it's how the days find their own shape.

Down to the sand

The cabana's already packed.

A Cool Cabana lives by the back door — pop it up, drop it in the sand, and the beach day has shade before anyone's opened a book. Along with beach chairs, towels and the outdoor rinse for the walk home. Included with the house, like everything else that makes the beach easier.
