Villa Villa Coola sleeps up to ten guests across four bedrooms and seven beds.

Four bedrooms with a total of seven beds, plus three and a half bathrooms. Two king rooms, one queen and a dedicated bunk room.

Yes. The layout is designed for shared holidays — separate king suites for parents, a bunk room for children, and generous shared living spaces where everyone naturally comes back together.

Yes. A private swimming pool and a heated magnesium spa, both fully fenced within the property.

Yes. A private beach path runs from the back gate directly to Peregian Beach — no road to cross.

Yes. Air conditioning and heating are provided throughout the house.

Yes. The house has hosted families across three generations for years. A travel cot, high chair, children's dinnerware, toys, books and a dedicated bunk room are provided.

Yes. A travel cot is available on request — please let us know when you enquire so it's ready on arrival.

Yes. A high chair is provided.

Yes. A games room with board games, a shelf of children's books, toys, video games, a stereo and a Smart TV.

Yes. The pool is fully fenced within the property. Guests remain responsible for the supervision of children around water.

Yes. The house is dog friendly by prior arrangement — please mention your dog when you enquire.

Dogs up to approximately 10 kg per pet. Larger or additional pets may be considered on request.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome inside. We ask that they stay off the beds and soft furnishings, and that any traces of a beach day come off outside.

Three nights year-round; longer minimums may apply over peak holiday periods.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

A refundable security bond is held for each stay and released after departure once the property is inspected. The exact amount is confirmed at the point of booking.
