Space for everyone in tropical paradise
"A stunning place to stay. Relaxed in the pool, the hot tub and at the beach. Our two families were each able to spread out, the kids enjoyed their own zone, and having our dog with us was an added delight. Fantastic kitchen, comfortable beds, and glorious beach just out the back door."

"This is a beautiful house with stunning views! We loved our stay and the relaxed vibe of the house. Great kitchen with just about everything you could ever need to prepare meals. The beach is sparkling and just a few metres from the back gate. The village is just a 30 minute walk up the beach, with lovely cafes and shops. Trish was a lovely host and very easy to communicate with. Thanks Trish!"

"This property is sensational!!! The kitchen is an entertainer's delight. The beach is so close and waking up to the waves rolling in is relaxing. 360 rooftop for sunset drinkies is special. Loved every moment celebrating with family."

Extended Family Stay
"Beautiful house, fully equipped, great space and layout for an extended family (4 adults and 2 young children), great location on quiet street, short walk to the beach and short drive to town centre. Very pleasant, helpful and instructive support from owners/managers — as needed. We had lousy weather for most of our stay which was mitigated by the comfort and enjoyment of the spacious, well appointed house."

Stunning home
"Villa Villa Coola has everything you need and more for the perfect beach vacay. Pool towels, beach towels, beach cabana, beach toys, bikes, games and more. I've never seen such a well stocked kitchen, complete with 2 dishwashers! Beds were comfy, with the best linens, and a multitude of pillows. The bunk room and TV area was perfect for the kids. All hand soaps and bath products were also beautiful and added to the luxe feel. Stunning!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. This home is particularly well appointed with plenty of amenities and space. Very easy check in and out, and excellent communication with the host. Good quality bubbles and chocolates were a lovely surprise too, thank you."

The house
Almost everyone says the same thing on arrival: it's bigger than it looks online. High ceilings, light, garden outlooks, cane and books — an Anna Spiro interior that photographs well and lives even better.
The family layout
Three generations under one roof, with enough doors between them — the children beside their parents downstairs, the rest of the adults comfortably out of earshot. The bunk room is a running favourite.
The management
Every enquiry is answered personally by Trish at Noosa Retreats. Guests mention this in almost every review.
Returning
A meaningful share of each year's stays are guests coming back — some for a fourth or fifth time. It stops feeling like a rental somewhere around the first afternoon, and starts feeling like their beach house.
