In brief
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and host your stay. Nothing is sold, ever.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, preferred dates and any notes you share via our enquiry form or by email. If you book through a third-party platform such as VRBO, they share the booking details we need to host you.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange your stay, confirm arrival details, and follow up afterwards. Occasionally we might write to past guests with a seasonal note — always with a way to unsubscribe.
Who sees it
The owners and our small housekeeping team. We do not sell, rent or trade guest information. We only share details with third parties where it is essential to your stay (for example, a booking platform or payment processor).
How long we keep it
As long as is reasonable for hosting, follow-up and our own records. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold, correct anything that is out of date, or ask us to delete it. Email us — a person will reply.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies needed to keep it working. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
