Where is Peregian Beach?+
Peregian Beach is a small coastal village on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia — 12 km south of Noosa Heads and 30 minutes north of Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY).
How do I get to Peregian Beach?+
By car: 1 hour 40 minutes from Brisbane, 30 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport. By air: fly into MCY (closest) or BNE. Sunshine Coast Airport is closer and calmer; Brisbane offers more direct international connections.
How many people does Villa Villa Coola sleep?+
Up to ten guests, across four bedrooms and seven beds — two king rooms, one queen, and a dedicated bunk room. Three and a half bathrooms.
Is Villa Villa Coola directly on the beach?+
Yes. There is a private beach path from the back gate of the property, straight onto the sand. No road crossing, no car park.
What are check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in from 2:00 pm. Check-out by 10:00 am. Same-day turnover means the cleaning team needs the four-hour window in the middle.
Do you allow pets?+
Yes, small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement — up to 10 kg. See our dog-friendly guide, and get in touch before booking so we can confirm and prepare the house.
What is the minimum stay?+
Three nights, with longer stays preferred. Weekly stays are our sweet spot — enough time for the house to unwind properly.
How much does it cost?+
Rates start from $1,900 per night and vary by season. See the Stay page for live availability and detailed rates.
What's included?+
Everything for the beach, kitchen and family — beach towels and chairs, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, premium linen, high-speed Wi-Fi, travel cot, high chair, a games room, and bikes. The full list is on The House page.
Is there air conditioning?+
Yes, throughout — plus ceiling fans and cross-ventilation for the mild days when you'd rather have the doors open.
Do you offer daily housekeeping?+
A mid-stay refresh is available on request for stays of a week or longer. Get in touch and we'll arrange it.
Is there parking?+
Yes — a secure double garage plus off-street parking. Room for two cars comfortably, three at a stretch.
How close are restaurants?+
The Peregian village green is a two-minute walk. Every restaurant and café we recommend in our restaurant guide is within a five-minute stroll.
Can we hold events at the house?+
The house is designed for family stays rather than parties or weddings. Small family gatherings — birthdays, anniversaries, a milestone dinner — are welcome. Get in touch to discuss.
Is the beach patrolled?+
Yes, by Peregian SLSC daily in the Queensland summer school holidays and weekends year-round. Always swim between the flags.
What's the weather like?+
Subtropical — mild dry winters (15-22°C), warm shoulder seasons, and hot humid summers (22-30°C) with occasional afternoon storms. Late spring and early autumn are our favourite times.
How do I book?+
Send an enquiry via the Stay page or email noosaretreats@gmail.com. We answer personally, usually within a day.
